When you need help with your EMR, there are three sources of assistance available to you as a member of KBC COP:

  • Your EMR Vendor
  • Your Community of Practice
  • EMR Manuals or Tips and Tricks from your colleagues using the same EMR as you. Note: The Tips & Tricks resource is a work in progress. 
This section will help you navigate the process of getting support, from your Vendor, or from People in KBC COP Who Can Help.  This section will also allow you to Find Your Own Answer; both within the EMR manuals and in the Tips and Tricks we have collected through User Groups and clinic visits. KBC COP is working hard to support you with optimizing your EMR in your clinic.
