New Requisition Forms

Intrahealth has just released a set of requisition forms available on Profile. An email was sent out to all clinics with the list of requisitions recently. There is a training session available to clinics on how to use them. This is an hour long remote session with a trainer in Vancouver. It is useful to have a technical person on the start of that call to learn how to link the requisitions on your system (this is a once off job for each requisition but it is not done by Intrahealth automatically). After the linking has been done it is straight forward to use the new forms and the trainer can help you set up the defaults for which requisitions you use most often to appear at the top of the list.

One issue that came up at some clinics was the fact that some of the new requisitions are two pages as the previous back page with the address and fax numbers on the old requisitions prints as a second page. This is going to be discussed at the KBC level I believe as some clinics do not want to print the second page each time.The old requisition forms can still be used if preferred.
